A reasonably tidy home helps us to easily access all areas to conduct a thorough treatment.
Depending on the pest activity, it’s possible that things may seem worse at first. However, it will improve as the pests are affected by the product applied and the activity will die off (usually in two weeks)
We ask that you avoid mopping and/or wiping the edges of the walls for at least a few days.
However, it is ideal if the floors are mopped the day before or hours before our arrival to ensure that the product applied bonds with the necessary surfaces.
*The same recommendation applies to windowsills.
We recommend occupants vacate the property or office during the treatment. However, we do understand if you prefer to stay while we are there.
We will ask you to stay inside whilst we treat the outside, then go outside when treating the inside.
Please remove any materials on the clothes line or our technician will have to avoid the application of product/s nearby.
Whilst the chemicals we use are safe, pets will need to be kept away from the areas being treated while we are on site.
Fish and reptiles:
Tank/s and vivarium/s will need to be covered up and any fans switched off for the time of the treatment.
No sprays will be performed next to the tank/s and/or vivarium/s.
Birds, poultry and small mammals:
Poultry will need to be kept in their enclosure during the time of the treatment.
Birds and small mammal cages will need to be covered up and, if possible, kept outside the home during the time of the treatment.
